audios/videos are out of sync when I open project done by others

I'm currently in a work process where more than 2 people haver to work on same project file. (not at the same time, we take turns.)

But recently, everytime I open a project that other people worked on another computer

some videos/audio in sequence are out of sync.

It happens only on my computer and if someone else opens that project file it works fine.

(if i re-syncronize videos/audio, it opens un-synced on other's computer.)

I've tried

-restarting computer

-reinstall premiere pro

-delete media cache

-reconnect videos/audios

-delete source file/re-download them

but nothing seems to work.

is there anything i can do about this error?

Hi Ye Eun0D44,

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using. Also, is your team using/updating the same .prproj file (project file) or are you using Team Project?
