Auto-Update Lost all effects, workspace, keyboard shortcuts and more presets

Premiere has once again auto-updated, even though I have this checked off. I have lost all presets and I cannot find them in the folder in which they are stored.

Can anyone help with this? I have previous versions of premiere saved with those presets but I don't think thats where those presets are stored.

Premiere normally asks to transfer settings over when I manually update but it has not and I've lost them.

I'm really losing it with premiere and althought I love the layout you can't just stick with a program for the layout if it is constantly letting you down. So many issues.

Please help someone!

You can back up presets from your Effects panel to your local drive so you don't have to make them again in case you lose them.

You could copy paste from and older version Document/adobe/...........Effect presets and custom item.prfpset to the new version.
