Autogenerated transcript doesn't start at Zero

I've had this happen a few times now where the auto-generated transcript in Premiere starts at 09:59:58:19 for a project that is only a few minutes long. When you create captions, of course, they're nowhere to be seen as they're at the 10h mark on the timeline, which can't even be accessed. Has anyone seen this or know of a fix?

It's a bug that recurred in the latest release. Easy workaround.
