Automatic transcription and captions are not working

Dear friends,
I need some help. Regarding Adobe Premiere Pro V22 (beta), or Adobe Premiere Pro V15.4.0.
Automatic transcscriptions and caption creation. In my case, the trascription is working fine. However, the captions are not generated. Once I click on "create captions", it does not do nothing. The dialog window keeps saying "creating captions". The software does not freeze, but it also does not move.
I alredy tried several suggestons I have seen in some forums. But I highly apreciate if someone have an alternative idea. All the best for all!

Thanks Stan. I already tryed. Not working yet. 
I will keeop trying different strategies.
