AVI No Longer Supported MAC 2018 but still listed as Supported.

AVI used to work, now it's dead dead for a MAC system and windows it seems too.

2018 - No longer supported for MAC but it worked sometimes up until version 23ish.

Hi,

Can we have more information? It would be helpful to know what the codec is you are using. Download MediaInfo and show us a screenshot of the file in "tree view." They also asked if you have BlackMagic Desktop Video installed. Let us know.
