AvidMediaCentral extension: losing timecode on import

Community Beginner ,

I need to import to Premiere (25.0) from an Avid media manager (Nexis) with MediaCentralCloudUX panel, but most of the time (not always) the clips seem to lose their timecode, within the Premiere project. I can actually see this happening in the Project window: the imported clip shows up, with the correct timecode, for less than a second; and then Media Start is reset to 00:00:00:00.

Any idea what is going on and how to prevent this?

Don't know if this will help but something to try:

Under Preferences>Media check Timecode is set to Use Media Source.

You could also try unchecking Automatically refresh growing files if the files are potentially growing through MediaCentral.

I think there is someone at Adobe who is expert on this MediaCentral panel, @Bruce Bullis?

I helped Avid write the panel, but have no information about the functionality it provides.

What does Avid say, about the issue you've encountered with their panel?

Can you reproduce the issue by importing the same media, without involving their panel?

[Mike's pref suggestion is also worth trying]
