Backup to CC Not Working in Premiere Pro

I've recently changed laptops and re-downloaded Premiere Pro, I don't know if this was always an issue but today I noticed I'm not able to backup my files from Premiere Pro into the Creative Cloud. I

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
