Bad aliassing downscaling dynamic link

Hi currently when you downscale a 4k dynamic linked file to 50% the aliassing look bad.

However when i apply just the transform effect and i tweek 0 settings. Premiere is like oh wait i know how to do this and fixes the bad aliassing.

Please fix it so dynamic link has better aliassing without the transform effect.
