Batch export SRT files

It is insane to me that we can't batch export SRT files. The keyboard shortcut for export captions is also useless as it only exports one file.

Hi Vincent Brocken,

We're sorry to hear about this. I tried to export multiple captions in the latest version of Premiere Pro & it's working properly. Could you please confirm the version of Premiere Pro that you are using? Also, please ensure that all the required sequences are selected in the Project panel before performing File > Export > Captions command.

I had not thought of that.

 

Based on previous requests, I always assume the user wants to export multiple caption tracks from one sequence. That will become more of an issue now that multiple caption tracks are being enabled in the Beta translation feature.

As Sumeet says, you can do this from the Project Panel. It is still limited to one sidecar per sequence. Be sure you use File -> Export -> Captions; you cannot do this with a right-click. You wi

As Sumeet says, you can do this from the Project Panel. It is still limited to one sidecar per sequence. Be sure you use File -> Export -> Captions; you cannot do this with a right-click. You will get a "save as" dialogue for each file with the sequence name as the default.
