Best macbook PRO for video editing

Please.
Need help to find best ( good enough MacBook for video - sound editing. I'm still learning , so not a professional yet!

Im thinking to buy:

MacBook Pro, 2021.

14,2", M1 Pro, 8-core cpu, 14-core cpu,

16-GB ram, 512 GB SSD.

Other options, is 13,3 with M1/ M2 and 16GB ram,

512 GB SSD ( if I can afford it )

Tips for best SSD- extarnal storage: ?
