Greetings ALL,

Question is whenever I have exported the original JPG (it is a company logo), as RGB color mode from photoshop, and then imported to Premier and dropped it into my timeline, the background of the image becomes gray versus the Black Video background that I drop it onto.

Please see attachament for example of issue

Thanks in advance, media family!

Evan

Video media is primarily sRGB, so from Photoshop you should have options for sRGB or even Rec.709 I believe.

Ok I have found the fix.

BTW, this is all CC PS 2022 for those wondering. The fix is as follows.

Inside PS > image > adjustments> replace color > max out Hue and Saturation both at +180 and +100 (respectively)

> minimize lightness to -100

See attached photo for example of setting described above.

When I brought file back into Premier it appeared as a black backdrop on the timeline, also attached.

Victorious!
