Black frame on the edges

The edges are still black. Even when I try to set or scale to frame size. What do I do to fix?

Thanks for the message. Thanks for explaining your issue well. You chose "Set to Frame Size" (Scale to Frame Size is usually not the one to choose when scaling images). You will need to go to the Effect Controls tab > Motion > Scale. Scale the image more to remove the bars. You may have to adjust the Position slightly, as well. Let us know if it works!
