Black screen when adding a custom LUT at 100% intensity

Hello,

An employer has recently given me a set of Lumetri LUTs they use on all of their videos. They, and all their other editors have no problem with their custom LUTs, however, when I apply it/them to another clip or an adjustment layer the screen goes black.  As I lower the intensity of the LUT, I can see the preview again but I lose the effect of the LUT. The built-in Adobe Premiere Pro LUTs work just fine.

What I have tried:

- Turning off GPU acceleration.

- Uninstalling and Reinstalling Premiere

- Reseting Premiere Pro Preferences

- Creating new, and opening old projects and applying the LUT to those.

- Added the LUTs to the correct place on my system here:

Hardware Data:

2015 Macbook Pro

2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

I've looked through other forum posts and many of them see to be something quirky, or self-resolved. I've been stuck on this for over a week and am desperatly here for some help! Things like renderers and graphics cards are not my strong suit!

Please let me know what you think!

Thanks so much,

Lars

Can you attach one of your LUTs for us to test? It may be the wrong format.

Thanks for the reply! Here you go. I did it through gmail because I could
not attach it through the forum. I am thinking of getting a whole new
system for this LUT! Oh boy...

Please let me know what you think!

Hmm, not seeing it. Can you try posting it as a zip or sending through Google Drive or WeTransfer?

Just tested in Lumetri for Premiere and After Effects and works fine.

I would say upgrade your GPU drivers, but I don't think that's so easy on Mac. Maybe just check if there are any other updates and make sure you're on the latest version of Premiere.
