the program monitor goes black (see picture). Unfortunately I haven't found a way
to fix this problem since yesterday, so I decided me to contact the community in the hope that someone can help me.

Are you using multiple monitors?
Also try changing your zoom to 100% and your resolution to Full or 1/2.

Yes i'm using 2 monitors.
tried that already, dont work 😞

Your solution will almost certainly be somewhere in the way your monitors interact with your graphics driver, your graphics driver settings, your graphics driver version, Pr's preferences, and/or your project settings.

You dont need to install an uninstaller program.
Go to Nvidia and download their studio driver.

looks like there is somekind of curuption of the files, completly unistall the Adobe programs and reinstal could help.... i this won't help, clean instal of OS will do a trick. Maybe you have a virus, malware.

DDU fix it for sure, it always did 🙂

ddu will completly unistal drivers, which regular unistal program from nvidia dont do that. If there are problems with video, it is recomended to use ddu. This is how you are sure everything is clean. Also it recomended to download new drivers before the unistal the old ones, because when you rebot the computer after the ddu proces in safe mode, you need to disable internet, this is how you prevented windows to instal generic drivers for your gpu. After instalation of new drivers, you can turn on the network.
