Bonjour,
je viens d'installer Premiere Pro 2023 sur une nouveau PC
PP démarre puis se bloque (ne répond pas)
j'ai réinstallé plusieurs fois; cela ne change rien
Les autres logiciels Adobe fonctionennt très bien

I understand you have a problem with the application starting and then hanging (not responding). You reinstalled it several times; It didn't change anything. You said that other Adobe software works very well. I can understand that might be frustrating. I am so sorry.

 

What troubleshooting steps have you already taken? Deleted all the media cache? Deleted preferences? Let us know.

 

Full details of your system and media can help us troubleshoot. Can you help us out with more info? For example, do you have an NVIDIA GPU? It might be that. If so, try rolling back GPU drivers to 517.40 for now. That may help in the time being. The upcoming newer studio drivers will be available shortly.
