block dissolve trubble on adjustment layer

i am trying to use the keyframes for the block dissolve transtion completion but it won't change as the video plays it just remains static the whole time

Hey Braden,

Have you tried taking two stacked or overlapped clips on adjacent video tracks? Place the Block Dissolve effect on the upper clip. Set keyframes to animate completion from 0 to 100. Set the Block Width and Height to taste. Render the effect if you don't see the animation.
