Blue outline appearing around text alpha layer

An MOV with alpha layer that I've successfully exported before without a problem suddenly has a blue highlight around text in Premiere and in the export.  I guess I've updated Pr since I exported last, which may have caused the issue.  It's up to date at V 14.7.  I'll try all the standard fixes, but thought you should know.  I saw users having this issue for Pr 2019.  Below is the most extreme example.

Change the alpha setting in the interprete footage.

Did you try as Ann Bens suggested? 

Go to the 'interpret footage' setting for your problem clip(s) and change the Alpha Channel settings.

This should resolve the blue fringe issue with Prores 4444 footage (MOV) files
