Hi

I need help I am using Premium pro 23.2 on windows 11 and it has been working fine. I did an update to my graphics card Geforce to version 531.18 and after that premium stopped working. I can start the program but as soon as I start doing any actual work on the project I get a blue screen and my computer restarts.

I have uninstalled the drivers and installed them again I also reinstalled Premium Pro I also did a lot of the suggestions that I could find online but nothing works, I don't know what to do can someone have any suggestions?

Looks like you installed the gamedriver, but you need to install the Studio Driver.

Next time when you post: FAQ what info should I give....

The game drivers assume you want all sorts of "enhancements" to both video and audio, which you DO NOT WANT for video work with an NLE. That's why Ann said get thee to the Studio Driver.

And do a "clean install" of the studio driver too.

There have been a lot of junky Nvidia drivers recently, so at times we've needed to roll back a number of drivers to get one that works.
