Wrong place , I know...and my apologies to forum members.
I have to vent about how Adobe avoids contact with customers through virtual assistant bots and FAQs etc on my account.
No way can I resolve a billing issue related to a trial subscription. and Adobe offers.
Anyone been able to contact a real person in this regard?
I assure you..I tried everything through my account etc.!!!!
I am frustrated and outraged by Adobe billing me a FEE for Cancelling an account that was a free period offer frm Adobe, backed onto a Trial Period (when I cancelled an initial Trial inside time limits.)
