BRING "CHANGE TO COLOR" EFFECT BACK

I can't believe this effect was ever removed. There is no workable alternative for the Change To Color effect in Premiere Pro. PLEASE bring it back so that we can continue to work effectively.

I recommend going into the Lumetri Color panel, going to curves and working with the hue vs hue curves. It essentially does the same thing and lets you choose more shades.
