Bug: Frame Substitution Recursion

My Pro updated this morning. When I open to import, I get the message about Frame Substitution Recursion. And I didn't do anything but open it. How do I fix this?

Adobe Pre Pro Version number: 25. It updated this morning

Connected to my Dropbox. I thought there was a problem, so changed to save
on my desktop

Video- didn’t get far enough to upload anythin
g.

I opened my desktop app. It was updated. I closed and opened again. I went
to the open new project. Named my project. Went to upload screen and it
had the errors messages.

Hi @jermice_6484 - Please see previous post How do I write a bug report?  we still need some more information, such as system specs, file types?  

It sounds like your files are saved in dropbox, if you move those files to your desktop do you still receive errors?
