Bug (?) in premier after last update.

I'm having a problem after the last update.
Created "color mate" as a background for text.
The background has to appear in the center. I've set the scale to keyframes to 0 and 80 respectively.
During playback, the background animation is not displayed at all or does so incorrectly, in particular, the background size does not match the value entered in Effect controls.

In the meantime, if you export this piece of video, the resulting file is completely fine.
