Bonjour,

Cordialement,

Bonjour Joé,

Sorry, sorry, sorry! This looks a little frustrating. Here are a few things we can try to get you back on track. I hope the translation software is working well here.

Bonjour Joé,

Sorry, sorry, sorry! This looks a little frustrating. Here are a few things we can try to get you back on track. I hope the translation software is working well here.

User Interface: First of all, your windows seem to be unorganized. Try this trick. Choose Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout. Use this command when your panels get out of order, you can't see your Timeline, or your Project panel assets. Is everything looking normal now?

Next thing: perform to troubleshooting steps. You have been working on your project for awhile and maybe your performance is getting worse now. The best fix for that is to delete media cache, all of it.

Media Cache: The best way is to do that is to first close all your projects - they all must be closed for this to work. Choose File > Close All Projects. With all projects closed, choose Edit > Preferences (PC) or Premiere Pro > Preferences > Media Cache. Press the "Delete" button and choose to delete all the media cache. Let the operation do its thing.

Preferences: Quit Premiere Pro. Restart Premiere Pro with the Alt key pressed down. This deletes preferences. Open your project and see if your performance issues and UI issues are fixed. If not, please let us know.

I hope. Hope. Hope this fixes it.

Regards,
Kevin

Encore une fois, MERCI ! 🙂
