Bug report 23.4

As of this new 23.4 update:

1. "Command V" will paste a video clip on V1 and an Audio clip on A1, no matter which track is selected to paste onto.

2. Playing Gopro Max 360 audio (transcoded to a stereo file) on a timeline causes an extremely loud noise, in my case, the right channel. The right channel slams into the red on the audio meter and then there is no right channel playback for anything on the timeline.

Please help.

Re #1, this was changed in 22.5. See this post for a way to return to the old functionality.
