Can all Sequences in a Project be converted to the same Frame Rate, Size or Audio at the same time?

Hi All, 

If you're like me and time is of the essence, sometimes you need to inport ready-made projects from 3rd parties. Many times, the sequences in these projects do not match the sequence I am working in because it's from a different country or its based on a TV frame rate instead of a film, etc. I'm wondering if anyone knows a shortcut or command to convert all sequences in a project to same settings. Yesterday, I had to go in and convert all sequences manually to a matching frame rate, and by no means a complete pain to do, it was time loss. Does such a thing exist to anyone's knowledge?
