I finally managed to find the dimensions thanks to the metadata.

var jsonMetadata = app.project.sequences[index].videoTracks[index].clips[index].projectItem.getProjectColumnsMetadata();
var metadata = JSON.parse(jsonMetadata)
var stringWightHeight = metadata[12].ColumnValue
