Can I move a clip in the timeline off-center, run off of the edge of the frame area?

Hi,

Is is possible to take a sequence clip of a person talking (where background was made transparent) and shift entire clip off the edges of the frame (artboard)?

How is that performed? I would like the figure that is talking to be lower down so we do not see so much of her torso in the shot. Need to run it off the edge of the frame area.

Thank you.

Adjust position which is found under Motion. https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/motion-position-scale-rotate-clip.html This is very basic stuff, might want to start here before venturing on a real project. https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/user-guide.html
