Can I stop the ME queue and get 50% of my project

I have rendered half my project in media encoder, but as a last scene in my project I have a single picture for 20minutes. So I wonder Can I press the red symbol and still get a file that contains the 50% that is already rendered?

No, pressing the stop button will cancel the entire render. To render only a chunk, you can go to the export settings and in the bottom left adjust the in and out point for rendering.
