Can I transport an entire project from Adobe Premiere Pro to Audition?

Hi all, 

I know you can edit sequences from Adobe Premiere Pro on Audition, but is there any way to upload an entire project into Audition? 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In Audition, select "open", then when you get the finder/explorer dialog to find the file to open, go to the lower right corner where it shows what types of files to look for. Click on that, and from the drop-down list, select "Premiere project files" ... and it will open a PrPro project.
