Can not export video

Hi. I'm a student that aren't that experienced with Premier Pro. I've watched several youtube tutorials without any resolvement to my issue. I've tried exporting my video several times, and this message pops up all the time:

I tried to add a black video to the parts where it said there might be issues, but it still keeps on finding issues that really aren't there. I tried using encoder without any luck. I also tried to open a new project and add videos and export, but that doesn't work either. It is like it just doesn't want to export at all. The video I need to export is for a presentation and only last for 4.30 minutes. I've tried for days without any luck.

I have:

-the newest version of Premier Pro

- windows 11

-plenty of storage on my laptop
