Can not open my PR files after update to PR2023

I can not open my PR files after update to PR2023.

It shows like this "The scratch disks are write proteced or unavailable. 

 

Anyone got same problem?

Most likely, this is a mac.

Need to fix the disk issue first at OS level.

Hey Kosin,

Sorry. I think Ann may be on to something, though. Are you on a Mac? If so, check System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Full Disk Access. Click the "+" sign if you need to add Premiere Pro to the list. I had to do that to get Premiere Pro to see my external HD. Files and Folders should also reflect the change. I hope that helps!
