Can not render premier pro 15.2 /Media Encoder

PC :

Processor: Amd 9 5950x

GPU: RTX 3080 Vision

Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 64GB (2x32GB) DDR4 3200

Motherboar: MSI Unify

Windows 10

Till April i did not have any randering problems i did around 80 -90 videos with no errors. I took a brake 2 or 3 weeks and then after an update i start having problems with Premier Pro. After 17 - 20 min stop, when i check task manager show Premier Pro/Media Encoder not responding, if i wait 30-40 min i will get an error. I will put a AMEEncodingErrorLog from my last try. I do not touch the pc when is rendering and i only use CPUID HWMonitor to check the temperatures: CPU does not go over 90C and the GPU is under 65C

I find the problem. The problem are the updates 15.0 ; 15.1 and 15.2 it's seems when the engineers repair some bug's they brake something else, got back to 14.9 update and every thing is working well now.
