Can't access Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush or Audition

Hi everyone.

I cannot open Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush or Audition on my computer. (I can open all other apps in my Creative Cloud subscription.) 

When I hit "open," nothing happens. 
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro, restarted my computer, etc., to no avail. 

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the video community! In order to help, we need a ton of info. Your computer specs, all of them, or as many as possible to start. What happens when you try to launch? Any warnings? Give us some screenshots of what you are seeing. That can help us help you.

Hi Kevin:

 

When I click on "open" for Premiere Pro, nothing happens. (Same with Premiere Rush and Audition.) However, when I click on any other Adobe app in Creative Cloud, the program loads with no problem or delay. I've included a couple photos to show you. 

I've also included the System Info below.

That's a weird one, alright. Sorry about that! If you double click on the apps themselves in the applications folder on your hard drive, what happens? Can you choose to run the app as an admin? That can help. Info I found: https://www.digitalcitizen.life/run-as-admin/.

Thanks for the info, but no luck.

I tried running it as an admin too and got the same error code. I've attached photos.

I already tried reinstalling and rebooting the computer this morning.
