Can't change clip speed percentage to more than 10,000%

I was able to previously change the speed of a clip to more than 10000% but after replacing a clip with adobe after effects compostion, I'm no longer able to change the percentage of clips higher than 10000%. For example, if I want to speed a clip to 20000% - which premiere should be able to - it will automatically cap the speed percentage to 10000% regardless. Is this a bug or is there something that I'm not aware of in order to fix this issue?

Never used such speed setting, so have no idea if this might be a bug.

But in the past we nested the clip and increased the speed.

Thanks, I'm using a high percentage for a timelapse clip. I would want it to be more sped up while retaining the full duration. I will try the nest method in the future.
