Can't copy attributes to the clipboard.

I have a clip that I've scaled up a bit and I want to paste that attribute to several other clips.  But after selecting the clip and copying, when I go to paste it on the other clips the scale effect doesn't show up on the Paste Attributes pop up.  The effects checkbox is grayed out and the list of effects is blank.

That is correct. Scale is part of Motion.

Might want to use Transform effect instead.

Cannot separate Scale in Transform effect either but at least its separate from Motion.
