Can't Drag Complete Sequence Into Timeline

I'm having a weird issue with a project file. Normally, I can drag and drop my MP4 video file into a sequence, then drag that sequence (with the MP4 nested inside) over to my working timeline and start cutting. This keeps things contained easier (If I need to change out the video).

I had a previously saved project file today, when I dragged the sequence over, it keeps only dropping the video files into the timeline (instead of keeping it nested). I've never seen that before, and I assume it's some setting that has gotten toggle by mistake.

How do I get it to keep everything contained inside the sequence when I drag/drop it from the bin (like normally)?
