can't export my 4k files

hi I've tried exporting my 4k files from my premiere pro and every time I go to export it then it will start doing it then after some minutes it closes down and I've tried queuing it and still it starts on media encoder then shuts it down and bring up the sorry an error occurred message

Are you able to observe the export to see if it crashes at the same percentage point each time? Could be a corrupt clip. Does exporting at 1080 work (with the same codec/container settings)?

A few questions:

• What are your export settings? Post a screenshot.
• How long is the video?
• Do you have any effects on the video?
• When it closes, is there any message that appears?
• What OS are you using?
• Provide some specs of your computer.

I'd also suggest you try export a small section to 1080 to see what happens.
