Can’t export my video

I'm not able to export my video from the last three days.... nothing is working..... it just stucks 13% or 17% .... i don't know what's the reason... i have tried everything everything..... by watching YouTube videos , reading community posts comments...... it is just a 12 min long video and premiere pro just does not let me..... Adobe please help... i pay monthly suscription and I can't even export a single video ?
