Can't import files since update!

Hi,

Since updating all of my apps yesterday, I am trying to import a logo into a video i'm creating and just keeps coming up with errors. I have tried both importing the original jpg logo and another suggestion of saving the logo as a psd file and importing but nothing seems to work. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Any other suggestions?
