Can't insert a CLIP to a SEQUENCE

Since the update to 2022, I can no longert insert a clip to a sequence. The shortcut (that I've always used), the "," key isn't working. If I drag a clip to the sequence window, ONLY the audio will insert. This is so messed, I'm desperate for some help here. I've got 2 videos I need to finish TONIGHT!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
