Can't install transition packs from cloud

I've installed two transition packs from Adobe Creative Cloud for Premiere Pro. I get the installation confirmation and it even says installed but when I open up PP I can't find the transitions anymore. I can't locate them anywhere on my computer either to import. Please help!

Post Pr version and build, OS, transition pack. Now its just geussing.
