Can't open Multicam sequences in project panel or timeline

I recently updated to Version 23.10 (Build 86) and now can no longer open a multichannel sequence from the project panel or on the timeline.

They have a different icon in the project panel. Some of the other Multicam sequences I previously worked on still have the normal icon and I can open them fine. 

My current workaround is to disable the multicam setting on the timeline then open it before enabling multicam again.  

I would love Adobe so much more if they just stopped updating.

It's recommended not to update your software in the middle of a project. Doing so may result in unexpected problems.

Anytime I update there are unexpected problems. This update was in hopes of correcting issues from the last update.
