Can't open premiere pro URGENT!

I've got a HUGE problem, need help solving it ASAP.

yesterday i worked normally on my premiere files, today i tried to open them and the program graphic shows normally, then the progress bar of project shows as usual but it stops at 100% and never opens, i have to force it to quit the program, i have already downloaded previous versions and still the same.

i've tried difrerent projects from different clients and its the same, the files arent corrupted as my co worker can open them on his premiere.

Im using MBP M1 13´ on Monterey 12.3.1

Premiere Pro version is 22.3

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
