Can't purchase license for music

I'm trying to put a video together and wanted to use audio from Adobe. I selected the track and clicked on the shopping icon. it took me to a text box that asked if I wanted the license but when I click on it, it closes and doesn't take me anywhere. How do you get a license for the music in adobe Premiere?

Are you singed in Premire pro using the same id of Adobe stock and do you have the credit pack of Adobe Stock. If not go to stock.adobe.com and purchase the credit pack of Adobe stock.
