I'm trying to save a transition in Premiere that I set with 2 sec duration and some other settings as a preset, but the option is greyed out.

I'm editing a video that has multiple images that need this 2 sec transition, and I have to manually set everytime the durantion of the transition. How can I save it as a preset?

I don't want to set as my default transition, just save a preset.

This is not a bug : You cannot save transitions as a preset.

You can set the default duration of a transition in the Preferences > Timeline.

You can also make a dummy sequence with 2 clips and a 2-second transition and use it for copy/paste.
