Can't scale up and change position at the same time

Why does Premiere make it so impossible to scale up/down on a graphic at the same time as changing it's position? The scaling works but then the positioning adds a wiggle to the movement. I've tried nesting and doing both animations separately, I've also tried adding separate adjustment layers, it's all giving the same result.

Make sure the keyframes are linear, or use the Transform effect instead.

I need them to be bezier, and I've tried with the transform effect as well, same thing happens.

Did you try rendering (not exporting) the timeline?

It's not the rendering glitching, it's more some kind of issue with the keyframing that I don't understand. Maybe something to do with the way the animation paths curve that stop it animating in a line, rather they animate in arcs.

When playing the keyframed animation in the Timeline and eveluating picture quality, from left to right at the bottom of the Program panel double-check that the Magnification is set to 100%, the Playback Resolution is set to Full, and under the Settings Wrench that "High Quality Playback" is enabled.

If that's not looking as expected, then duplicate the Clip to a higher Video Track, remove the attributes (Edit > Remove Attributes), right-click and choose Replace with After Effects Composition.  Use Clip > Enable to disable the original in the Premiere Pro Timeline and re-create the animation in After Effects.
