Can't unfold folder

Hi there,

for some reason I can't unfold the folders without opening new tab. I am clicking the arrow which suppose to unfold it but nothing is happening. Any idea what is wrong?

Is it anything to do with these options:

And with setting, yes and no. This is default setting but nothing about folding/unfolding folders.

Not sure what is it for. Somehow I maybe added in Metadata Display but can't find it what column is that. So annying.
