Can't use MOGRT files with the right fonts in Premier Pro

Community Beginner ,

The issue is I am missing fonts in Premier Pro. Can't use MOGRT files. On the online page of the Adobe Fonts, it seems like I have all the Noto Sans fonts, in the app it shows that some of them wasn't able to install because of a conflict. I have tried:

1. Sign out and in of Adobe Creative Cloud.

2. Install uninstall Premier Pro.

3. Right click on MOGRT template after it is imported, and click on sync.

4. Delete and import MOGRT files again.

5. Downloaded Noto sans Google fonts locally -> right click -> install.

With point 5 I was able to use everything correctly for a while on another laptop, but now everything is crushing (nothing helps to fix the issue) on both and it is quiet fustrating that I just cannot find a way to permanently fix the issue and work on my projects normally. Back in the old versions I have never experienced these kind of headaches but now I cannot even see e.g. versions from 2023, so atm I have the most recent versions (25 and 24).

For anybody who needs it:

- Premiere Pro Fonts is caused by a conflict.

- Noto Sans is already in the system in C - Windows - Fonts.

- To solve the issue ->

Step 1- Delete the fonts and restart the machine.

Step 2- Open Creative Cloud and sync the Noto Sans fonts

Step 3- Open Premiere Pro, sync the font from Essential Graphics, which should resolve the issue.

Corrected bug repoert with the template:

  • Issue - The issue is I am missing fonts in Premier Pro. Can't use MOGRT files. On the online page of the Adobe Fonts, it seems like I have all the Noto Sans fonts, in the app it shows that some of them wasn't able to install because of a conflict.
  • Steps to reproduce
    1. Sign out and in of Adobe Creative Cloud.
    2. Install and uninstall Premiere Pro.
    3. Right-click on MOGRT template after it is imported, and click on sync.
    4. Delete and import MOGRT files again.
    5. Download Noto Sans Google fonts locally, right-click, and install.
  • Expected result - All Noto Sans fonts should be available and usable in Premiere Pro, and MOGRT files should work without any issues.
  • Actual result - Some Noto Sans fonts are not installed due to a conflict, and MOGRT files cannot be used. The issue persists despite trying the steps mentioned above.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro version - Version 25 and 24 (most recent versions as of now).
  • Operating system - Windows 10, now windows 11
  • GPU driver version (Windows only) -
    • Intel(R) UHD Graphics P630 (31.0.101.2130)
    • NVIDIA Quadro T2000 with Max-Q Design (31.0.15.3892)
  • Video format -
  • Comparative information helps us understand more about when the issue occurs:
    • It affects all projects from the start.
