Can't use the short cut "Ctrl + \" to fullscreen Premiere

Hello,

I have tried many times to fullscreen the entire app of Premiere Pro but it doesnt work

I enter "Ctrl + \" or "Ctrl + ' " but it's still doesnt work.

I just want to make disapeared the up bars like the name project bar.

Do you have a solution ?

Thank you but I tried it and it doesn't work to. 

I am on Windows, is this a problem ? I have check the different full screen shortcuts in Premiere and I don't really find what i want, but lots of videos show it. 

So is this an old shortcut and it was removed ?
