Can you copy intro and outro points?

I'm talking about the blue lines in the effect contols, in case I got the name wrong.

Is it possible to copy and past the intro outro points? I have a bunch of clips of varying length which all need the same animated effect. This effect takes exactly 5 frames to happen.

You can turn these keyframes into a preset. Richt click on the Effect.
